Tuve la oportunidad de probar el vino de miel dulce MELINIA de Costa Rica Meadery y fue una experiencia única. Desde el primer sorbo se nota la calidad y el cuidado con el que fue elaborado. El dulzor de la miel se equilibra perfectamente con el toque frutal de la jabuticaba, creando un sabor suave, elegante y refrescante que se queda en el paladar.

Además del sabor, me encantó su aroma: delicado, floral y con una profundidad que invita a seguir explorando cada nota. Lo disfruté frío, y me pareció perfecto tanto para brindar como para acompañar una conversación tranquila al atardecer.

We were fortunate to be the only 2 on our tour. Once we arrived we were greeted with a very warm welcome from Alejandra and Michael. They made sure to give us water and checked we were OK for suncream and bug replant. The tour was amazing! We learnt so much about the local plants and fruits. We were lucky and surprised to try so many different fruits! Was amazing! Then we proceed to taste the incredible meadery. Alejandra was very informative and passionate about the mead. It all tasted amazing!

Nos encantó la atención personalizada. El recorrido en la finca, vale la pena por la variedad de frutas y especies, importante ir preparado para el sol. La calidad de las bebidas y el almuerzo, son indiscutibles.

Amazing tour!! Must have tried a dozen new herbs / spices on our walk through the botanical gardens. Mead was delicious!! Couldn’t recommend this tour highly enough.

Hola. Nos encantó la cerveza Kahlo. Es muy refrescante y con sabores suaves. La miel le da un toque dulce, pero la albahaca balancea ese sabor. El sabor de sandía es ligero, me gustaría que fuese un poco más presente.

Es una cerveza deliciosa y refrescante.

Great tour. Fun information. Definitely a hidden gem. Highly recommend. Getting an uber to and from San Jose area was easy. The tour was great. Michael was very informative. He talked about what he brews with a great passion. The drinks were very refreshing and interesting. Many new flavor combinations that go together very well. Highly recommend anyone to visit.

Me gusta mucho, es una cerveza diferente a lo acostumbrado. Tiene un tono más suave y de cuerpo ligero. Se nota el sabor de los ingredientes . La probé en el tour de degustación que ellos hacen y se volvió de mis favoritas

Una cerveza ligera para quienes quieran probar algo diferente o quienes normalmente no les gusta el amargo de la cerveza tradicional. Súper refrescante.

Excelente para un día caluroso. Me encantó el trabajo de la sandía, un sabor bastante presente pero no agrega demasiado dulzor a la cerveza.

El lugar es lindo, super atención y la hidromiel es deliciosa y con ingredientes de alta calidad.

The hosts were the absolute best—so warm, friendly, and passionate about what they do. They made me feel welcome and turned the whole experience into something special. You could tell they really love sharing their knowledge and connecting with people. If you're in San José, don’t miss this tour. Great wine, great vibes, and incredible hosts!

Caribeño is of my favorites! Every sip is smooth and full of flavor. I bought a case and am now thinking I didn’t buy enough. Costa Rica Meadery has perfected mead making and elevated it as an art from. If you are visiting the Central Valley, book the tour and tasting to experience the spirit and essence of Costa Rica!!
