ECLÉCTICA is a wild ale style craft beer blended with a mead with black mulberry, kaffir lime, and native corn malt. Dark wine color, aromas of dried fruits, straw, and leather and earthy, complex and balanced flavor.

Mead Maker's Notes
The wild ale was made with black corn malt (pujagua congo), fermented with wild bamboo yeast and matured for 12 months. The wild mead was made with fresh and dried black mulberry trees, fermented with wild mulberry yeast, and matured for 30 months. After making the blend, it was macerated for 2 more months with kaffir lemon peels.
Eclectic blurs the line between a wild ale and a wild mead. It is fruity with a high tannin content. Low acidity, with intense notes of raisins, currants and black cherries. Its tannins and low carbonation make it feel very winey. And its incredible aroma of dark berries, Brett and honey invite you to try it.
Eclectica is made only with micro flora and fruit from the farm. It is very complex but at the same time easy to drink. It is made for those who appreciate funk and atypical products.
Pairs wonderfully with lamb, octopus, mushroom dishes and creamy mature cheeses.

Dado el perfil único de Ecléctica como una cerveza artesanal estilo “wild ale”, los siguientes tipos de cristalería serían ideales:
Copa Tulipán: La forma de tulipán es excelente para capturar y realzar el aroma del jengibre y las especias, mientras que el borde ligeramente acampanado facilita disfrutar de los aspectos espumosos y cítricos. Es una elección versátil que acentúa los aromas y sabores complejos de Caribeño.
Copa Flauta: Si deseas enfatizar la naturaleza espumosa de Caribeño, una copa flauta es una gran elección. Ayudará a preservar la carbonatación y presentará el color y la claridad del hidromiel bellamente, permitiendo aún que los aromas de jengibre y cítricos se perciban.
Copa de Vino Blanco: Una copa de vino blanco estándar también puede ser una buena opción, especialmente para aquellos que prefieren una experiencia de cata de vinos más tradicional. Es adecuada para apreciar el perfil de sabor semi-dulce y la intensidad aromática del hidromiel.

Yes, Costa Rica Meadery will ship orders to locations in Costa Rica. If your location is within GAM, we use Correos CR or a courier service. If your location is outside of GAM, we use Parcel or Post, depending on the circumstances. In the event that the delivery services we use are unable to deliver to your location, we will cancel your order and refund your payment.
SHIPPING IS FREE for orders up to 12 kgs to locations in Costa Rica.
For orders weighing more than 12 kgs, contact ventas@costaricameadery.com to coordinate delivery.
Shipments are made from Tuesday to Friday.
Orders before 4:00 pm will be shipped the next day. Orders after 4:00 pm will ship in two days or sooner.
The delivery of your order will be scheduled for the morning or afternoon. We will send you a message via WhatsApp or email when your delivery has been scheduled.
Shipments within the GAM will be delivered within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.
Shipments outside the GAM will be sent by parcel or post and delivered within 2-3 business days after order confirmation.
