Costa Rica Meadery takes great pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a product from us that is defective or is unsatisfactory, please call us (Español: 8718-4090, English: 8718-4094) or email us ( info@costaricameadery.com ) to arrange a refund or exchange. Our returns policy lasts 30 days. We are unable to accept return of a product that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or that was ordered in error.

Defective Products

If you receive a product from us that is defective, please call us (Español: 8718-4090, English: 8718-4094) or email us ( info@costaricameadery.com ) . Upon receipt of the information required, we will send to you full credit or replacement and instructions on sending us unused portion of defective product or disposing of the defective product. We will cover all transportation costs for replacing the defective product. If credit is requested, it will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the return. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-defective Products

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of the purchases to return the product for an exchange or refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

You may physically return the product (bottle of wine (recorked), jar of honey, container of cheese, unused merchandise) to our store location along with your receipt in order to exchange or refund the product. Upon review, we will evenly exchange the product or refund your money excluding the shipping cost. Original shipping cost in non-refundable.

If you are not able to physically present the items to our store for a refund, you must call us (Español: 8718-4090, English: 8718-4094) or email us ( info@costaricamadery.com ) to explain the situation. The product must be mailed back to us at your cost in order to receive a refund or exchange. Package must include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase and the item that you are wanting to return. You must be present for an exchange unless you are willing to pay for the additional shipping cost.

Costa Rica Meadery is not responsible for packages lost in transit. We advise you to obtain a tracking number.
