TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WHOLESALE SALE

If you place a wholesale order with us, you can pick up your order at the warehouse free of charge.

We deliver to wholesale customers in the GAM. For orders over 30,000 colones, delivery is free. For orders under 30,000 colones, we charge a small shipping fee (2,000 colones).

If you are not located in GAM, we can send our products with Correos CR or Moovin, depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 48 hours. There is a shipping charge, as well as a handling fee to cover the cost of packaging (2,000 colones per box is added to shipping charges).

Volume discounts are available.

Our payment policy is based on the Net 15 terms. Payment must be made for each order, within 15 days after the invoice is issued. If payment is not received within 15 days, a 2% fee will be applied for each month the payment is delinquent.

We offer an early payment discount, "2/10, net 15" which means it is due within 30 days and the buyer can refund 2% of the invoice if paid within 10 days.
