We immediately fell in love with hibiscus when we started beekeeping at Ark Herb Farm, where you can find hundreds of these beautiful plants with their colorful flowers throughout the garden. The real magic happens with the plant's calyx, which is commonly used to make a tea well-known for its distinctive red color, acidity, and unique flavor. We knew that a honey wine with these same characteristics would be truly delicious. Amapola has now become one of our most popular and award-winning honey wines.
