OBSESIÓN is a wild ale brewed with malted criollo corn. Spontaneously fermented. Aged for 12 months and refermented with a blend of jack fruit, passion fruit and cardamom. Bottle conditioned.

This beer has a pale golden color, with a slight haziness and a white head. The aroma is distinctive, with notes of sour yogurt and fruit esters, reminiscent of tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango. On the palate, the beer has a complex and refreshing flavor profile, with pleasant acidity and an enticing mix of fruity flavors.
